We are CJ & Rocío
We are a married couple with our own personal experiences of owning dogs. Over the years, we have learned to provide the necessary basic training and, most importantly, give these treasured pets our love and attention. Working with dogs is more than a job for us; it's something we are passionate about and something we value.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT ONCE?
Every day is different, as is every dog. They each have their friends and their "frenemies". The maximum we have at any given time is 8, provided there are at least two of us. However, we aim to give each of our dogs their best walking experience, tailoring it to their needs. As some dogs are nervous, they benefit from a limited number of associates initially, increasing with time according to their individual progression.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are both insured with SimplyBusiness, which covers us for dog sitting and dog walking. We are more than happy to show you documented proof when requested.
WHAT DO YOU DO ON PARTICULARLY RAINY, COLD, OR HOT DAYS?
Muddy puddles, sweaty summers, and freezing winters won't stop us from giving your pets their much-needed walk; however, if we feel their health or our own is at risk, we will either reschedule the walk or cancel it until there are better conditions. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence, and we would give you as much notice as possible. We also have drinking water and a cooling pad for those particularly hot days. All paws and bellies will also be wiped before arriving home.
Late Cancellation Fee:
If you need to cancel a walk, 24-hour notice is required. This is to ensure that we have enough time to replace your dog on that walk or to shuffle dogs around in order to make the best use of our (and their) time on that walk. Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to replace any dogs when walks are cancelled on the same day, and we therefore lose out on money. We value our time, and we simply ask that you do too.
Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
